Each machine under a finding shows who handles it, who it is assigned to, when it is due and whether someone has marked it done. A finding closes only when the next check no longer finds it, or when someone accepts it with a reason.
Open Security. Under each finding, every machine has handled by, assignee, due and done. A red overdue chip means it is past its due date. waiting for the check means someone marked it done and the next daily check will confirm it.
Pick a person in assignee. It is saved at once; pick unassigned to clear it. For a patching finding, press patching to open the package on Patches and approve the update there.
When you have dealt with it, press done. Your name and the time are recorded. The finding stays open, showing waiting for the check, until the next check no longer finds it; then it closes by itself.
Customer logins see who a finding is assigned to, but not the assign and done controls. The same columns are on each machine's Security tab under Work. Accepting a finding instead: Accept or reopen a security finding.
